I have discussed this with other admins and came to the conclusion that this war doesnt meet the requirements to be a cupwar[vip other team], therefore its disqualified and needs to be redone before the deadline!!

Good game. First half i accidentally kicked a person during a war while making a fairplay ss, the round had to be redone so thats why 4XSW has 11 points. Prologic was allowed to vip in the war.

The 2 following rulez are copy/pasted from Cup rulz:

We 4XSW aren't bastards and will not request to apply the ban punishment. (Since they asked if we allow them to get a VIP player and we all agreed)

As u know it's not that easy to get all players online in the same time, then, as Blarix Vs. Stoners,
i suggest this war counts until we re-match it, if they want to.

He will not be banned as this war does not count as valid.

Both clans should have known in advance this wasn't possible, in extreme situation you could have played a valid 2v3 war, or with a newly signed up member (that isn't signed up for any other team).

But like this it's just not right.
